Footy Fever Demons vs Hawks

The AFL season is on and we were lucky enough to catch one of the games at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. As some Aussies will say: " you have not really been to Melbourne if you have not been to the Ground!" Special thanks goes to Leen who gave us the tickets since she could not make it to the game. It was a good experience, although the weather was not fabulous and the stadium was not filled to its capacity. The game was between the Melbourne (Demons) and the Hawthorn (Hawks). The game was a tight one with the Demons leading in the first 2 quarters but the Hawks slowly gained the edge and won the game in the second half. Seems like Jem is slowly taking into the aussie culture and getting hooked onto footy.
